Duties and responsibilities_: Collaborating with Managers and technicians, fulfilling warranty requirements, solving warranty issues, monitoring defective products, Maintaining records of customer details, and reporting of warranties.

  • Minimum of 3 years' Experience as Warranty and Costing clerk within Service department
  • Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brands like Opel, Ford, Peugeot, Jeep etc.
  • Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills,
  • Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc.
  • Motor industry experience ONLY
