Mayfair Gearbox has an opportunity available for an experienced Admin Manager to take charge off all administration of its branches

The Admin Manager will take charge of the branch’s day to day administration functions as well as to supervise and support staff, they will also be assessing and managing staff performance, and providing support and guidance to ensure the efficiency of the department.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Includes but not limited to;
- Job card control
- Manage Reception
- Ensure that daily update of work in progress (WIP) is done
- Ensure that VOR reports are updated
- Ensure claims report is updated
- Internet leads management
- Invoicing and costing
- Stock control
- Core management
- Vehicles administration
- Branch’s filling (manual and electronic)
- Follow up on outstanding orders
- Follow up on cash outstanding on invoiced jobs

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**QUALIFICATIONS/LICENSE**
- Driver’s License
- Matric
- Relevant qualification will be an advantage

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Minimum of 05 years’ experience working as a Warranty Clerk/Service Advisor/Admin Manager
- Car dealership experience will be advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organizing and workflow management
- Customer service orientation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship building skills
- Results orientation
- Assertiveness
- Time management skills

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Clear criminal record
- Willing to work overtime
- Lives in JHB (East, West or South)/Pretoria.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
