The Role

We are presently in search of a driven German Technical Support Associate to assist a new partner in the Medical Field. This new partner is enthusiastic about aiding people. Their goal is to democratize healthcare by making medical imaging accessible to individuals worldwide. To support this team, we are seeking individuals with solid customer support abilities, exceptional communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the capacity to offer customers personalized support through phone, email, and chat.

In this role you should enjoy excelling in dynamic and flexible settings, taking charge of our partners' brands, product, and opportunities, and utilizing your creative problem-solving skills to surpass expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exemplary, friendly, and positive customer service via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Aid customers in resolving problems with strong troubleshooting, reading comprehension, and problem-solving abilities
  • Analyze recurring customer issues and generate insight reports to aid our Partners in enhancing their businesses
  • Address pre-sales inquiries and qualify leads for sales
  • Assist customers with their payment process
  • Can operate independently and in a teamwork

  • Excellent English and German - both written and verbal communication skills
  • Action-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability toward rapid changes
  • Attentiveness and empathy towards clients
  • Ability to multitask and learn new workflows
  • Team player
  • Great customer service skills via phone, chat, and email
  • Knowledge about Ultrasound and medical imaging is a huge plus. Nurses, medical students, and sonographers are very welcome to join
