German Travel Documentation Specialist

The story of Rhino Africa originates from 2004 and has grown significantly since then. As a leading safari company in Africa, Rhino Africa is renowned for creating tailor-made luxury African trips. We are currently seeking a full-time German Travel Documentation Specialist to join our Sales Support team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Sales Consultants, specifically focusing on managing clients' travel documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales consultants with administrative tasks related to clients' travel documentation
  • Create accurate travel documents for clients
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to address any documentation issues affecting client satisfaction
  • Handle customer service duties
  • Liaise with external suppliers via phone and email to ensure smooth booking processes
  • Coordinate with the rates team to address rates-related tasks
  • Keep a record of all necessary tickets related to rates and products
  • Generate reports as needed

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate/Matric qualification
  • 2 years of experience in a Travel Documents role within a Tour Operator Environment
  • Location: Cape Town
  • Proficient in spoken and written German
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting
