Objective


Under the direction of the Director of Client Services, and within the limits of our client's policies and procedures, to assist the Director of Client Services with all projects and ensure a cohesive relationship with all Management and Directors to ensure that workflows and communication throughout the company are optimised and profitable.


Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities
  • Support the Client Service Director in organizing various projects
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and nonfinancial information
  • Stay up to date with digital technologies developments
  • Maintain effective internal communications ensuring that all relevant Company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Ensuring that all internal departments are uniform and conform to the overall company brand identity
  • Arrange annual review meetings with each client as set out by the Director of Client Services
  • Gather and prepare all information required for each client meeting as per the directive of the Director of client services
  • To collate data for the clients monthly reports
  • To be fully converse with each clients Strategic Marketing Plan
  • To assist all team members with any client concerns
  • Assisting with the onboarding of all new clients
  • Client trouble shooting in consultation with relevant departmentsConnect client with relevant Team Leader
Follow up and oversee that problem has been resolved

  • To assist any department e as directed by the Company Directors
  • Creating and managing ALL companies social media platforms: Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn

  • To carry out any lawful duties as instructed by the Company Directors
  • To be available and contactable for any out of hour client requests under the direction of the Client Service Manager

RESEARCH & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Keeping abreast with tourism, consumer, marketing trends
  • Keeping abreast of latest developments within the digital marketing space
  • Attending courses and seminars related to hospitality and tourism marketing to incorporate new ideas within our strategies

Miscellaneous

  • Creating a positive relationship with colleagues: They are part of the internal approach NOT to work in silos but one company bringing the departments as one. Therefore, their interaction with Management and Employees are an example and needs to be a positive influence.
  • Travelling required
  • Valid Passport always required
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all dealings with clients either on the phone or in person.
