What you will be doing:
- Maintain exceptional client relations by resolving queries professionally and efficiently.
- Uphold Client quality standards through worldclass customer service.
- Support tour booking fulfilment across all touchpoints.
- Cultivate engaging communication with partners, guides, and customers.
- Offer innovative solutions to complex inquiries, thinking creatively to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate across business areas to achieve company objectives.

- Proficiency in multitasking and working to tight deadlines.
- Experience in navigating computer systems and internet platforms.
- Mature, confident, and resilient personality, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years' unbroken experience in customer service, preferably in an international Contact Centre role.
- Previous exposure to the travel, tourism industry, particularly tours and activities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and internet navigation.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Willing to work US Hours if required.
