We are seeking a sharp, creative Customer Experience Agent to join our team and ensure customers have an exceptional and pleasant experience. Join our fast-growing business that is changing the e-commerce delivery landscape in South Africa.
The RoleAs a part of the Customer Experience team, you will be the primary point of contact for communication within the company.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Experience Agent at Pargo include:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions.
- Having in-depth knowledge of our products.
- Keeping records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with colleagues.
- Providing feedback to improve customer service.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone aligned with our values, detail-oriented, energetic, and with the following requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Previous experience in customer support.
