Valor Hospitality Partners is a leading hospitality management company. We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, a luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. They require an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 2-3 years' experience in a reservations department for multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a reservation's consultant or similar position
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)


 PMS system knowledge
  • Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in English
  • Wellorganized with good time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Works well and accurately under pressure
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Valid RSA ID
  • Dynamic, selfstarter, problem solver, team player, flexible, presentable appearance

System Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills
- eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex

Minimum Experience and Requirements:

  • 23 years' experience in a hotel/tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties
  • Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.

Salary:

The package includes a mandatory 5% deduction toward the company's provident fund. Medical Aid is available as part of the CTC package. The remuneration will be discussed at the interviews or upon individual requests.
