TREATMENT CO-ORDINATOR

An Orthodontic practice in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a Treatment Co-ordinator to handle essential tasks and responsibilities for the practice and patient care.


Requirements:
  • Clearly explain treatment options and related costs to patients
  • Guide patients through each phase of their treatment
  • Explain the primary benefits and risks of dental treatments
  • Provide cost estimates and arrange payment plans
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patient inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between the doctor and the patient
  • Gather information on new patients and enhance patient experience

Qualification:
Previous experience in dental, medical, sales or related fields is crucial for this role

Skills and attributes:
  • Thorough understanding of dentistry and ability to explain procedures
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and skilled in influencing and negotiation
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking with a professional work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and pay attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer literacy
  • Well-groomed and capable of creating a calm and welcoming patient environment

Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00

  • Immediate joining required
