  • Coordination of departmental planning and status updates.
  • Administration of all departmental activities.
  • Update of various statistical data required by Management.
  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
  • Taking minutes at meetings and typing up and reports.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

NQF level Credits) - Business Management or related qualification

  • PC Literacy: MS Excel, MS Projects & Word intermediate to advance level.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • SAP knowledge

Job Types:
Permanent, Temporary

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
R25, R30,000.00 per month

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
