KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Management of Programme with DM's
- Coordination of departmental planning and status updates.
- Administration of all departmental activities.
- Update of various statistical data required by Management.
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
- Taking minutes at meetings and typing up and reports.
- Liaising with staff in other departments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
NQF level Credits) - Business Management or related qualification
- PC Literacy: MS Excel, MS Projects & Word intermediate to advance level.
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- SAP knowledge
Job Types:
Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Salary:
R25, R30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
