Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Booking in inbound Inspections from clients
- Managing Communications between clients and the Engineers/ Assessors who will be tasked with conducting the inspections.
- Mapping Routes for all scheduled Assesments
- General admin & Receptionist duties
- Receive Certificates from Engineers and prepare for dispatch to final client.
- Prepare Invoices on QuickBooks to accompany certificate.
- Updating the Database and CRM to ensure all property certificates are renewed timeously.
- Manage and route phone calls appropriately
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems
Requirements:
- An excellent phone manner.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages (NB* excel)
- A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Previous experience within an administration role
- QuickBooks advantageous
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
- Handson experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Basic math skills
- Solid timemanagement abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
