Responsibilities:

  • Booking in inbound Inspections from clients
  • Managing Communications between clients and the Engineers/ Assessors who will be tasked with conducting the inspections.
  • Mapping Routes for all scheduled Assesments
  • General admin & Receptionist duties
  • Receive Certificates from Engineers and prepare for dispatch to final client.
  • Prepare Invoices on QuickBooks to accompany certificate.
  • Updating the Database and CRM to ensure all property certificates are renewed timeously.
  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems

Requirements:

  • An excellent phone manner.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages (NB* excel)
  • A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Previous experience within an administration role
  • QuickBooks advantageous
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Handson experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Basic math skills
  • Solid timemanagement abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
