About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and filing.
  • Assist with sales back-up support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Generate reports as required for management review and analysis.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding sales collections and deliveries.
  • Perform day-to-day filing for sales and administration.
  • Adhere to and uphold all company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Requirements
  • Vibrant, dynamic, and energetic personality.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft 365).
  • English and Afrikaans speaking.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Own transport (home to work).
  • Matric certificate.
