Overview

  • Experienced QA Manager with process manufacturing knowledge required to join this dynamic team within a growing entity._
  • The role will afford you the opportunity to work on several projects simultaneously across multiple processes and sites._

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification (Quality/ process etc)
Six Sigma/ISO certification would be advantageous
3 or more years' QA experience in a process manufacturing environment specifically, sheet metal preferred
1 or more years' experience within a management/ supervisory role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate and ensure the implementation of Total Quality Management System across all sites and divisions
Initiate, review, approve and implement SOPs and Quality Manual per required process
Implement an effective recall system compliant to the company requirements
Management of Deviations, change control and corrective actions as per approved SOPs
Management of self-inspections programs ensuring recommendations are made and corrective and preventative actions identified and implemented effectively
Lead Quality review meetings within Group Quality Assurance team
Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrences with deviations and negative audit findings
Ensure Staff members are adequately trained and perform their jobs to a satisfactory standard
Drive continual process improvements
Implement adequate measures for all quality systems
Maintain the lab used for quality controls
