Branch Administrator in their
Cape Town branch (Paarden Eiland). Assist in a variety of administrative and office support activities in the branch. Position would suit a female.
A Grade 12 with a Certificate in Administration advantageous coupled with 3-5 years experience in
an extremely highly pressurized. Duties include hiring and sales; typing of correspondence and quotations; invoicing; debtors accounts and collections; manning reception; filing of statements; banking; controlling petty cash and administering petty cash as per petty cash policy; arranging roadworthy tests and vehicle licenses; ensuring that all paperwork is submitted on a monthly basis as and when requested; following any reasonable instruction by the line manager; complying with company policies and procedures; collecting branch overtime, leave forms and submitting it to HR head office. Solid MSOffice experience essential.
