Our client, a well-established law firm based in Paarl, is looking for a self-disciplined HR Generalist with excellent interpersonal & organisational skills, who has the ability to take initiative and work independently across different levels.

The incumbent will be responsible for: *HR liaison and communication (including with employees, management and consultants) *Employee administration and resolution of queries *Update and maintain HR policies *Integrate and distribute HR reports *Coordinate employment equity actions and submissions *Ensure implementation of disciplinary processes *Training and development coordination and submission of Annual Training Report/Workplace Skills Plan *coordination of onboarding and exit processes *recruitment and selection *processing and admin support (monthly payroll) *all other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field;
  • Minimum 35 years' post tertiary qualification experience;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
