PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This internship is aimed at learners who would like to pursue a career in Human Resource Management. The intern will follow a development plan aimed at providing training and experience working in the HR function.



REPORTING TO:
HR Generalist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR relate administration and reporting
  • Time and attendance management and administration
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Employee relations management
  • Staff and performance management processes
  • Learning and development administration and training facilication

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Matric/ Grade 12 is essential
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field is an advantage.
Computer literacy is essential

Salary:
R5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paarl,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • English (preferred)
