  • Track and document existing Succession and Development plans and flag any anomalies
  • Performance Appraisals
  • Train the current Performance Appraisal system to Regional HR Facilitators

  • Update HR reporting with all Performance Appraisals feedback and training trends throughout the group
  • Keep abreast of performance management trends and contribute ideas / trends to edge the process and the product

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HR Qualification
  • Bachelor's (Degree or Diploma)
  • 23 Years Recruitment (internal/agent) experience
  • At least 2 year experience in an HR environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Visio (advantageous)
  • Experience in dealing with preferred Suppliers
  • Basic budget experience and negotiation skills to negotiate rates with recruitment agents
  • Must have worked in a traditional and digital recruitment environment
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Words skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Work at high speed and still deliver quality
  • Attention to detail
  • Be proactive
  • Prioritise and still be flexible
  • Be professional with good people skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to work on multiple projects
  • High organisation and prioritisation skills
