THE ROLE

The account manager ensures professionalism and upholds IAG Cargo's standards, meeting revenue targets for Johannesburg according to Financial & Commercial plans.

KEY DUTIES

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, exploring growth opportunities for Premium products and new destinations.
  • Develop customer segments to support premium products, evaluate network changes, deliver sales calls, and implement commercial initiatives.
  • Plan seasonal sales call visits, use available data, manage flights, and champion programmes within IAG Cargo.
  • Identify underperforming routes, track customer loyalty programs, and contribute to team meetings.
