Job Advert Summary:

The company is looking for a self-motivated individual to provide administrative and technical support to the company's training and development function and to attend to administrative support matters related to training and development and queries of students and interns

Minimum Requirements:


A national diploma in Human Resources Development or equivalent qualification at NQF 6 with 4 years of work experience in a relevant field or a degree in Human Resources Development or equivalent qualification at NQF 7 with 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.

Experience and training as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) will be an advantage.

software tools including (Ms Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet and Outlook).

The possession of a valid driver's licence with at least one-year practical driving experience and a willingness to travel is essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Performance Responsibilities include:

  • Collate Personal Development Plans of staff and draft workplace skills plan for further review and approval;
  • Participate in facilitating the selection and appointment of interns and administer the WIL student programme;
  • Assist in processing payment of staff training, staff bursaries and student bursaries;
  • Assist in maintaining information systems pertaining to staff training, staff bursaries, postgraduate students, WIL students and interns; and
  • Administer expenditure related to training and development matters
