Job Description:

  • Assessing sales data for the organization by analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to enhance sales productivity.
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
  • Assisting management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast, including sales to budget variance analysis.
  • Coordinating the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels (Key Accounts, Regional Sales).
  • Communicating sales reporting and sales forecasting to Senior Management.
  • Submitting direct sales reports weekly and monthly, as determined by the Head of Sales.
  • Regularly preparing reports and presentations for Senior Management and other internal stakeholders, including data on market performance, competitor research, and sales trends.
  • Preparing customer and partner business reviews when required by the Head of Sales.
  • PURA Cooler & Asset Management:
    • Managing cooler repairs.
    • Managing cooler movement and placement.
    • Calculating, tracking, and communicating Cooler return-on-investment (ROI) monthly.
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Completing new customer listings and gathering required information.
  • Managing Customer Portal.
  • Sourcing sales data from Partners, Distributors, or Customers as required, on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Overseeing calculation and communication of monthly targets to PURA Pioneers.
  • Sourcing sales data from Distributors on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Identifying markets to target with marketing and promotional efforts or to differentiate the company from competitors.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis in Beverages or FMCG with credible quality references.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
  • Working meticulously under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent group presentation skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Well-organized and responsible with problem-solving abilities.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic team member with excellent people skills to nurture relationships with clients, customers, colleagues, suppliers, and service providers.
