Data Analyst


The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of quantitative and qualitative data to inform and improve the company's e-commerce strategies and business operations.

This includes tasks such as identifying trends in customer behavior, sales and performance, measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and forecasting sales.


The Data Analyst reports to the Head of Strategy and Data and will be working closely with Sales & Marketing, Jobs Fund, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams within the company.


Skills and requirements needed to fulfill the role:

  • Minimum one-year working experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Data Miner, or Data administrator.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong numerical and technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets would be beneficial.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Effective communication skills
  • All relevant undergraduate degrees considered.

Contract Type:
Permanent Employment Contract with a 3-months probationary period.
