  • Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Communicate with contractors and suppliers via phone.
  • Document maintenance work through photos.
  • Perform officebased administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks.
  • Detailoriented with problemsolving abilities.
  • Driver's license.
