Office Administrator
Established Export Company is currently seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a permanent role offering an attractive salary.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 1
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working on MS Office
  • Experience of managing local & international travel

Duties:

  • Office maintenance / maintenance management (facilities & general maintenance)
  • Office support (travel arrangements, stationary orders, weekly invoices etc)
  • Managing of staff (Cleaning staff, Gardener, Security and Receptionist)
  • Coordinate all meetings, functions and lunches
  • Management of the Front Desk / Reception (Switchboard, boardroom, leave & km claims ect)
