KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

years related SAP Finance & Payroll experience

  • Experience in reconcilling payroll related General Ledger accounts
  • Knowledge of SAP payroll and financial Systems and Procedures
  • Experience in processing payroll payment

Roles and Responsibilities MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Downloading bank Statement information

  • Capture Cheque Requisition input & Clearing of Bank Statements
  • Assisting with monthend processes such as the payment of third parties
  • Processing payroll related journals
  • Reconciling payroll related GL accounts.
  • Maintain a zero balance in all GL and Vendors Accounts
  • Creating Vendors accounts
  • Process payroll payments
  • Populating & submission of statutory reports
  • Adhoc tasks as requested

Job Requirements COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

  • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data
  • Good time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise and engage with clients
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll and financial Systems & Procedures
