THE JOB:

Redstor is searching for a People Operations Coordinator - who will be the backbone of the People team, providing proactive support across all aspects of People (HR) operations as well as support our growing global employee base (current offices in the UK - Reading and Birmingham, South Africa, and the USA).

In this role, we want someone who wants to pursue a career in Human Resources, is highly organised, efficient and enthusiastic.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Owning the coordination of employee lifecycle processes being the 'goto' person for all global new starters.
  • Managing ad hoc data requests from the business and maintaining scheduled reporting.
  • New starter and leaver administration including issuing of paperwork.
  • Coordinate and maintain requirements for eligibility to work documentation in the UK for all new starters and escalate any outstanding documentation.
  • Review all right to work documentation and check validity of such documents on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage the log and file new starter paperwork to ensure all records up to date, documents are received and stored on personal files.
  • Ownership of our People systems: ensuring smooth operating for both user experience and data accuracy, including regular auditing.
  • Work closely with our Talent (recruiting) team where necessary to ensure fit for purpose documentation and contracts are in use and up to date at all times.
  • Employment verifications: respond to any employment, housing or tenancy requests for current and exemployees.
  • First point of contact for general People queries, dealing with basic queries and escalating and/or coordinating with other colleagues where appropriate to resolve.
  • Supporting the People team with general administrative duties and various People projects.
  • Coordinate company induction for new joiners and administering necessary correspondence.
  • Support inhouse training initiatives and events, e.g. scheduling, systems support and communications.
  • Collecting and analysing data for any management reporting requests for the business.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the people team's agenda.
