Minimum Experience and Skills Required:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience as an art director in a large advertising agency.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in design software like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience in social media design across various platforms.
  • Advantageous to have experience in digital and experiential advertising.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, persuasive negotiator, and innovative thinker.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
