Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Writing and proofing content for the following media formats:
  • Blog Posts
  • Website Pages
  • Infographics
  • White Papers
  • Social Media Posts
  • Product Guides
  • Catalogs
  • Knowledge Base Articles
  • Newsletters
  • Video Scripts
  • Managing social media platforms to grow our following and increase brand awareness.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks, such as updating company listings, link building outreach and research.

Nice to have:

  • Although not a requirement, past experience in B2B marketing or demand generation is a strong plus.
  • The ability to assist with graphic design tasks would be beneficial, these would include:
  • Social media images
  • Videos for social media

Essential Requirements_

  • Exceptional social savvy: an indepth knowledge and interest in social media (including Facebook, X, Instagram, Youtube, and more) with an uptotheminute knowledge of the latest social trends / platforms and industry best practice
  • Good understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding, witty and creative editorial skills
  • Highly creative with ability to think outside the box
  • Strong project management skills
  • The ability to be reactive and adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Will need to be able to take instruction, but also add value to the goals and planning set by the Digital Marketing & Brand Manager
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace experience advantageous
  • Motivated selfstarter with a drive for results
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Must have some knowledge of SEO writing best practices or be willing to learn.
  • Graphic design skills experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator will be a plus.
  • Willingness to work during the December holidays.
  • Must be willing to assist with other relevant tasks and projects.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset to challenge the status quo and bring innovation and enthusiasm into the marketing process.

Expected Duties/Qualities_

  • Has good communication skills and keeps the relevant stakeholders informed if there are any delays or problems with tasks.
  • Has the ability to work independently and manage time effectively but also be a part of a team.
  • Has a high level of accuracy when writing content and performing other marketing tasks.
  • Is flexible with meeting times and is able to work with an international team.
  • Uses Asana, Hubspot and other communication platforms correctly to facilitate teamwork and collaboration and to keep the relevant stakeholders updated on task progress.
  • Completes tasks in a timeous manner and meets deadlines.
  • Tasks are completed according to the briefs that have been provided.
  • Takes constructive criticism and learns our standards for writing.
  • Uses information from all departments to improve and aid in content creation.
  • Is a good team player and thinks outside of the boundaries of his/her position to help others.
  • Is ready to change and adapt to unusual or unexpected situations with grace.
  • Takes initiative and tries to understand the marketing landscape for which content needs to be created.
  • Ensures that all social media activity aligns with the social media strategy as determined by the Digital Marketing & Brand Manager and upholds the brand guidelines.
  • Has a PC or laptop and access to a good internet connection.
