- _ Grade 12 National Senior Certificate or equivalent_
- _ Hospitality Diploma_
- _ 2-3 years of experience in a FOH Management role_
- _ Good knowledge of duties and procedures in a restaurant environment._
- _ Computer knowledge (word, outlook, excel)_
- _ Experience in a large restaurant is advantageous._

_ Responsibilities:
_

- _ Implementing and following the rules of the company_
- _ Maintaining dress code standards_
- _ Dealing with customers, compliments, complaints, following up, etc._
- _ Maintaining and sustaining top service levels_
- _ Managing a large staff complement_
- _ Checking that all duties have been completed by floor staff._
- _ Presenting a positive image of the company_
- _ Assisting in all areas where needed_
- _ Opening and Closing duties_
