HR TRAINING COORDINATOR

_(__Longmeadow, South Africa)_

POSITION OVERVIEW


Prepare and ensure that the information required for the submission of WSP and ATR annually is collated and available on time.

Assist with the design and delivery of Training program.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist with preparation of the WSP and ATR submissions through compilation of training information, interventions, and reports.
  • Make all required Training information available for BBBEE verification process.
  • Schedule onboarding for new hires and manage onboarding surveys.
  • Tracking and Reporting of training courses/programs/interventions conducted.
  • Keep appropriate and accurate training records, attendance registers and training committee meetings minutes.
  • Assist the Team with recruitment for learnerships/skills program beneficiaries etc.
  • Run Training programs as and when required.
  • Assist with capturing purchase orders and filing of invoices.
  • Ensure all SETA funding documentation per learners is submitted to HR and payroll timeously.
  • Coordinate HR meetings, events, conferences in consultation with HRE.
  • Assist with the Employee Wellness Program Coordination with HRE, PMC, Clinic, Branches etc.
  • Brand Awareness/ Ambassador
  • Keep the CP Linked-In Profile fresh and up to date.
  • Adhoc projects as per function.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team;
  • Collaborate with other HR team members in the management and update of HR data & reports.
  • Ensure Back up activities for HR administration when needed.

JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or National Diploma in HR or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the Human Resources/ Training Function
  • Organizational and Time management skills
  • Good administrative Skills & Attention to details
  • Computer literacy: MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Written comprehension the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.


Good communication skills
  • English is a prerequisite.
  • Ability to read and write in English and any other language(s)
  • Good personality, hardworking, teamwork, service orientated, creative, innovative, trustworthy, open to learn from feedback.
