Responsibilities:

Fulfill the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to management and employees in regard to HR functions
Compile and update all aspects of employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leave processing etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Full function payroll processing on pastel payroll and payroll related payments
Communicate with external/internal parties when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Scanning and filing of company contracts

Requirements:

Solid experience as a HR coordinator
Knowledge of labour law and experience in dealing with performance concerns, IR related incidents and so forth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the company HRMS
Time management skills
Deadline driven
Organised and results driven
SA citizenship or SA permanent residency essential
