Job Description:
To oversee the development and roll-out of effective M&E processes, tools and systems for the supported district. The M&E Specialist will be responsible for all M&E reporting within the district.

To provide technical assistance through mentorship, training and support to the supported district and sub-district Department of Health M&E teams and THC M&E team with the aim to strengthen local capacity in the provision of sustainable HIV and TB related care and treatment.

Job Requirements:3 years operational experience in District Health Information System (DHIS) and funder reporting experience (DATIM) is essential10 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be consideredUnderstanding of the South African Department of Health system, including policies, managementand health information systems and structures at national and provincial levels.

5 years' experience in the HIV AIDS and STI programme data as well as information management backgroundDegree in Public Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Statistics or Health Information Sciences;Job Details:
