Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct occasional visits to customers as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize product training to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the food service sector.
  • Knowledge of the food service industry, especially as a supplier in equipment, is a bonus.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management preferred.
  • Familiarity with the food service industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Driver's license + reliable car
  • Be able to travel
Training on products and company will be provided.
