Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Conduct occasional visits to customers as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize product training to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the food service sector.
- Knowledge of the food service industry, especially as a supplier in equipment, is a bonus.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management preferred.
- Familiarity with the food service industry is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Driver's license + reliable car
- Be able to travel
