Job Overview:

As a Customer Sales Consultant specializing in agricultural software, you will be responsible for driving sales through online and telephone-based communication.

You will engage with farmers worldwide, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating the value of our software solutions. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the growth of our business.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital / software sales. Agriculture experience preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our software solutions and their applications in different farming scenarios. Be able to articulate the value and benefits of our products to potential customers.

Extensive training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable with the product and can represent Aerobotics to add maximum value to customers.


Market Research:
Identify key customers in the target region. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

Customer Outreach:
Proactively contact farmers across the world via online and telephone channels to introduce our agricultural software products and services

Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and informative product demonstrations through online presentations and webinars

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Process and Targets:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

Required Competencies:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge or experience in agriculture, farming, or related fields is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex software solutions.
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
Comfortable with online and telephone sales techniques.
Adaptability to remote or on-site work environments.
Multi-language a benefit; Spanish speaking
