Lead Qualifiers pre-qualify sales leads generated by marketing efforts and through various sources and allocate them to the relevant Sales Channel/Business Partners.

These individuals identify leads through various channels and act as an IQ Retail Brand ambassador, representing both the company and our sales team with the upmost professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish lasting relationships and collaboration with Sales Channel/Business Partners
  • Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, interest and order inquiries
  • Increase lead generation rate and overall brand penetration efforts across our product lines
  • Responsible for driving leads and achievement of sales activity goals using all means available (internally provided and selfcreated) to drive customer engagement and strengthen our database. This includes outbound cold calling to solicit interest and generate referrals from current clients and other lead creation activities
  • Field general inquiries related to IQ Retail products from existing customers
  • Create lead profiles with product and project information to strengthen our market intelligence and database, followup to ensure information is received, answer questions, and pass through complete prospect profiles
  • Follow up with existing customers with no recent account activity to reengage
  • Gather contact information, market data, qualifiers and other information from prospects; enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
  • Work with and develop a cooperative partnership with Sales Channel/Business Partners to better align efforts
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sale prospects and related followup activity via our CRM system
  • Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems
  • Nurturing unqualified leads to keep them in the sales cycle
