As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the electronic industry, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional service to meet their recruitment requirements. Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients in the electronic industry via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' recruitment needs in the electronic industry
  • Provide clients with tailored recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with our team of recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and advice
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security industry
  • Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate proficiency with new technology and software
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and meet customer needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer orders and documentation
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Valid Driver's license
