We are looking to hire and develop professionals with a solid 5 years' progressive experience in their respective field, must have led a team or a project, possessing a relevant 3-year Degree (postgraduate preferable).

The Future Leaders Programme is a streamlined rotational programme that will focus on building leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish design, research methodologies & statistical analysis techniques
  • Takes the initiative to solve problems & brings creative ideas, concepts and approaches
  • Impacts new practises and ideas & generates insights that will have a positive impact on the business
  • Proactively identifies & pursues meaningful opportunities to collaborate with others
  • Influences others through reason and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills ability to synthesise and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends and events to generate insights
  • Recommends and implements solutions based on rigorous information gathering & analytical thinking

Qualifications

  • BCom (Marketing)/ (Commercial) or similar i.e. Degree in a relevant commercial and/or scientific discipline (e.g. Commerce, Psychology, Food Science, Sensory science)
