Insurance Customer Care Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee daytoday operation.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Encourage creativity and risktaking.
- Suggest and organize team building activities.
Requirements and skills
- Matric
- 3 years' proven experience in a managerial role.
- 5 years' experience in an insurance industry.
- RE5 is a must.
- Must be technologically savvy.
- Financial experience will be advantageous.
- Certificate in supervisory management, ideal but not essential.
- Indepth knowledge of performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to handle escalations and take ownership.
- Must come from an insurance industry as a client care Manager/Team Leader.
