The role
Pearl Lemon is looking for a growth hacker to help drive our ambitious growth plans throughout 2023 and beyond.
You will be an important part of a tight-knit team who have a hands-on approach and are passionate about taking the business to the next level.
A sales closer finalizes a sales deal with a client.Your duties are to find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract.
POSSIBLE responsibilities will include:
- Closing sales 1 year of experience in outbound sales
- Provide numerous medical plans for our clients, their families, and their assets.
- Upsell additional products as the need arise.
- Track progress with new prospects using a database, CRM, or other software.
- Negotiating terms and consulting prospective clients
- Discuss short
- Develop sales scripts and oversee the training of junior salespeople
Preferred skills and experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Possesses exemplary listening, communication, and writing skills.
- Must be fluent in English Proactive
- Detailoriented a mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Office
Job Types:

R4, R8,000.00 per month
