  • Monitor and manage weekly timesheets and activity reports for these staff in terms of quality, payroll compliance and discipline
  • Ensure that all site based management and cleaning staff are inducted and that additionally all site based standard operating procedures are taught.
  • Ensure absolute alignment of sitebased staff to the cleaning standards agreed to and that all health and safety aspects and consumables risk management responsibilities are transferred and acknowledged.
  • Monitor IR activity of cluster and include on stats dashboard
  • Escalate potential risk to client or Senior Operations Manager
