About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at Affinity Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing stock, handling orders, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory tracking.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to inventory management procedures and safety protocols.
  • Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if applicable), following safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Assist with general warehouse duties and housekeeping, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Warehouse Storeperson or similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Grade 12/Matric certificate preferred, with basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Licenses: Forklift license is an advantage.
