Systems Administrator within its
Information Systems department.

Position Duties & Responsibilities _
(not limited to)_**:

  • Creating new users and maintaining the security roles of all current and / or active users.
  • Deploying, configuring, administering, and monitoring the systems in support of the business processing requirements.
  • Investigate unauthorized access and the performance of administrative duties relating to security management by following and recommending best practice to safeguard the integrity and security of our systems.
  • Support users in their general daily tasks by enabling them to use the systems for its intended purpose and monitor areas for improvement identified that will contribute to the automation of tasks that have been identified.
  • Provide support and trouble shoot issues reported by internal stakeholders.
  • Be the first point of contact and act as the lead user support and champion of our systems.
  • Coordinate and lead dedicated workshops and training sessions for users for the purpose of induction, upskilling and reskilling.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn about, maintain and improve our Student Portal and other systems. It will be required that the administrator understands our internal business processes so that accurate and timeous support can be provided to the users.
  • Maintaining, training, and administering our AI chatbot.
  • Perform gap analysis on unmatched intents.

Application Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in finance will be a distinct advantage.
  • 2 years' experience as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Systems Administrator (systems such as NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sage Intacct, SYSPRO, Oracle ERP Cloud or SAP ERP) is required. Please note that having experience in NetSuite will be most advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge in Linux and natural language processing concepts (NLP) is required.
  • Experience in dialogue flow is advantageous.
  • Above average ability to understand, use and learn innovative technology, and highly interested in doing so.
  • Must have your own transport.
