The role:


We are seeking a full-time Content Manager to develop, curate and execute content for multiple social media and digital platforms for deferent industries.

The position requires a fluent English speaker who is a creative marketing expert with exceptional copywriting and content development skills, Experience in a similar role is essential.


Key responsibilities:

  • Create and coordinate daily social media content for websites, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring all social media posts are on brand, unique and engaging
  • Create content and copywriting for direct marketing campaigns, digital advertising, blogs and website
  • Attract and engage our target audience while increasing new followers with creative content and dedicated community management knowhow. This includes being 'on the tools' with replying to customer and partners on multiple platforms
  • Identify, liaise with and engage relationships with new and existing micro and macro influencers, brand ambassadors ad affiliate marketing partners
  • Work directly with the leadership team to drive engagement and awareness with our customers around strategic growth areas of the business.
  • Monitor the performance of our social media platforms and supporting the Brand and Marketing team by producing and presenting regular reporting
  • Monitoring competitors' offerings and competitive benchmarking

About You:

  • You'll be highly creative and collaborative, with strong organisational, technical, communication skills and extreme work ethic
  • Have the flexibility to manage your schedule independently, while also being comfortable contributing to and participating in daily standup meetings and team activities
  • Be able to brief and coordinate a team of experienced content makers to produce a highly dynamic content schedule
  • Take direction from the Heads of Brand and Marketing, adapt and execute edits quickly when priorities within the marketing schedule and strategy shifts or changes

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or marketing agency
  • Demonstrated organisation, time management and prioritising skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing tasks and work demands
  • Ability to take direction and follow established brand guidelines and style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
  • SEO content writing capabilities

This role will require you to work closely with the Heads of Brand and Marketing to produce and execute a monthly content calendar based on brand guidelines, content pillars sand the marketing and promotion schedule, as well as adhoc and opportunistic changes, edits and updates to content.

You will be supported by a full time graphic designer and a motion designer for content production. The role reports to the Head of Marketing.
