QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • South African citizens/residents are preferred.
  • A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification.
  • Interest in technology stacks.
  • Analytical thinking
  • ITIL
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Strong Documentation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand Business needs and requirements
  • Strong ability to adapt concepts and bring them to successful implementation
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to deal with international and German colleagues
  • Ability to submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality
  • SELF STARTER, selfmotivator, selflearner, and a team player
  • Willingness to learn German

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in system design and technical implementation of a Windows 11 OS client architecture, features, and rollout for physical devices in an enterprise environment.
  • Microsoft technologies
  • Expertise in Windows GPO / CSP Configuration
  • Expertise in Windows Patch and Upgrade implementation and
  • Know the concept of Active Directory and how to use it
  • Know the concept of Azure Active Directory and how to use it
  • Know the concept of Active Directory Hybrid and how to use it
  • Know the concept of SCCM or an MDM / Endpoint Management Solution
  • Windows Imaging creation and OS deployment expertise
  • Know the concept of Windows Autopilot
  • Know the concepts and how to utilise Windows 11 features and functions
  • Know the concepts and how to utilise Windows Security feature
  • Management
  • Microsoft PowerShell scripting expertise

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Expertise and Knowledge of Windows OS management through MDM / Endpoint Solution like VMWare Workspace One UEM (AirWatch), MS Intune or Mobile Iron
  • Experience with Windows AppStore, App deployment and Management
  • Experience in Windows OS Security feature configuration and implementation
  • Interest in security and cloud technologies

ROLE:

  • Design, implement and operate a Windows system (backend systems, integration into Microsoft ecosystem, e.g. Active Directory, SCCM, Security Products) for personal physical devices for GROUP Globally (> devices). Be involved with the entire lifecycle of a global solution from design through implementation, deployment, and operation.
  • Develop, implement and support of Windows 11 myDevice concept, design, and system.
  • Be involved in the technical implementation and operation of the myDevice strategy, concepts, and systems.
  • Interact with international product teams, external providers, vendors, and customers.
