DESCRIPTION:
(MAIN PURPOSE)


To retain existing and drive new business within agreed rates and credit policies by promoting the image, products and services of the individual units available in buildings assigned to the sales agent and the Ithemba Group as a whole.




MAIN DUTIES:
(MAIN JOB OBJECTIVES)

1. Leads

  • To promote the business resulting in leads being generated of prospective tenants.
  • To physically source prospective tenants by going out and obtaining information.
  • To contact prospective tenants to arrange and attend the viewing of the units which should result in a sale.
  • To have a full understanding of the lease charges on the pricelist as well as a clear understanding of the lease process, allowing them to carry this information over to the prospective tenant.

2. Letting

  • To sign new deals and achieve the set out monthly target.
  • To facilitate the process of obtaining the prospective tenant's details, as well as closing the deal by obtaining the lease fee and or full deposit paid.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 1 year Sales Experience (Essential).
  • Property sales in JHB CBD and or surrounding areas.
  • Excellent Telephone Etiquette.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Speak at least 3 African language.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Real Estate Qualification (Advantageous)
  • Clear Criminal record
