We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth.

This position is ideal for a strategic and creative marketer with a proven track record in running successful marketing campaigns and a passion for growth hacking.


Work Hours:
Full-time, Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours

Salary:
$2000-$3000 per Month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns, including digital advertising on platforms like Facebook and Google.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Utilize strong copywriting skills to create compelling and effective marketing content.
  • Explore and implement creative growth hacking techniques to generate new deals and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Proven experience in running successful marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google.
  • Strong skills in copywriting and content creation.
  • Experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and a track record of utilizing them to drive business success.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in EST hours.
