Duties and Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management and Administration
- Manage and maintain the SA Supply Chain Director schedule which includes daily time and diary management, and the coordination of logistics as required.
- Screen all incoming calls of the SA Supply Chain Director and manage correspondence where applicable.
- Internal liaison across departments on behalf of the SA SC Director, with strong ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
- Schedule and arrange meeting, videoconferences etc. as required by the SA Supply Chain Director and department.
- Coordinate the arrangement of conferences, workshops/teambuilds and events, etc. including any arrangements required for team & relevant Suppliers.
- Coordinate and arrange management meetings for the SA Supply Chain Director and ensure that agendas are prepared, all documentation is in order, and that everything runs smoothly this includes catering arrangements and any other related requirements.
- Provide project administrative and secretarial support to the SA Supply Chain Director and greater Supply Chain team.
- Serve as SC Comms representative which includes but is not limited to drafting (if required), review and distribution of all notifications
- Maintain an appropriate and effective filing/record management system of sensitive documentation (supplier contracts, pricing letters, audit reports, etc).
- Book all travel arrangements of the SA Supply Chain Director and greater SA Supply Chain team which include: Travel schedules and itineraries of Flight bookings and accommodation; possible arrangement of visa and foreign exchange; arrangement of transport.

- Custodian of appropriate records management system, including but not limited to SC project trackers dashboards, product listing, o suppliers, collating of information from suppliers and other tasks that may arise.
