Operational Service Delivery
To manage projects in line with agreed deliverables and timeframes

To provide back-office support to the sales team in their sales interactions with clients

Advisory
To remain up to date with the Assessment tools, as well as industry offerings to ensure that knowledge and expertise is relevant and updated

To implement and advise clients on best practice, as well as regulatory and legislative requirements

To contribute towards technology advancement initiatives and solutions, as well as process efficiency to ensure the efficiency of the business unit

To be knowledgeable of the organization, as well as Talent Assessment systems and processes to be able to advise clients

Administration
To record relevant assessment information on the Organization's systems to ensure accurate records for reporting including client matrices and monthly reporting

To perform relevant administrative work as it relates to the objectives of this role

To assist with the responsibilities of the Assessment Co-Ordinator on an ad hoc basis, as and when the workload requires it

Essential Requirements

Qualification

Honors degree in Industrial Psychology / Psychometrics

Registration with HPCSA as an Independent Psychometrist

Registration as an Industrial Psychologist or studying towards obtaining a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology will be an added advantage

Accreditation on a wide range of assessment tools

Experience

  • 3 Years' experience in the use of occupational psychometric assessments
Experience in a consulting or high-pressure environment

Experience in writing reports for the purpose of corporate assessments

Experience in designing solutions for clients will be an advantage

Experience in managing projects will be an advantage
