Duties and Responsibilities:

System Management:

Facilitates implementation of Total Integrated Management Systems (TIMS).

Create and Document control all TIMS documents.

Preparation of reports & presentations required as per TIMS.

Maintains administration of the TIMS' records, documentation, files and manuals to ensure risk management, sustainability, and continuous improvement.


Capture and manage, Non-Conformances, Corrective Action Request, Internal Audit, Incident Management and Change Control, System software, data management and integrity.

Facilitate closing out of non-conformances raised.

Review and update procedures when required.

Auditing of daily check sheets, records documentation, and reports.

Minute taking during Food safety meetings and other.

Quality Assurance and Food safety:

Ensure weekly SHERQ report is compiled and communicated in time to all stakeholders.

Ensure all micro trends are updated timeously.

Compile and update customer complaints tracker timeously.

Placing an Order for monitoring equipment's/utensils required for quality or food safety.

Ensure that all invoices are followed up and ensure they are processed for payment.

Ensure that all monitoring equipment's are calibrated (Thermometers, Metal detectors, scales and other).

Internal & External Audits:

Ensure master file is always up to date following document control procedure requirements.

Assisting with documentation, records, and files during both internal and external audits.

Create and communicate internal Audit schedules and ensure the time frames are adhered to.

Perform Product Specification audits.
