Primary Activities

  • Typing of production documentation, reports and memorandums as well as other diverse documentation for Manufacturing production/warehouse departments in an efficient, prompt and accurate manner.
  • Assist with General Admin for the Production department.
  • Maintains overtime for Packaging Team and forwards relevant documentation timeously to the Human Resources Department.
  • Manage Petty Cash
  • Filing of production documentation in an orderly, accurate and retrievable manner.
  • Receiving Visitors and ensuring availability of protective clothing.
  • Support procurement with the ordering of consumables within the department.
  • Keeping control (issuing, receiving and locking away) of all spare locker keys.
  • Recording and uploading of IT metrics.
  • Change initiator/Task Owner Change control
  • Execute assigned task records according to the plan


Data Integrity
  • System Administrator. Includes executing backups, providing access for system changes, and managing Standard Operating Procedures and user groups. The role will be expanded as more information is provided by global Centre of Excellence.
  • Responsible for reporting adverse experiences or events (AEs), adverse device events (ADEs), product quality complaints (PQCs) and other reportable information, customer feedback (CF), alleged counterfeiting, diversion and tampering (CDT) that you become aware of to the Designated Point of Contact (DPOC)
  • Any other task that management may deem necessary.

Qualifications/ skills

  • Minimum Gr 12 (NSC)
  • A related tertiary qualification would be preferred
  • Organised
  • Selfdriven, selfmotivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work in crossfunctional teams
  • Problemsolving

Experience required

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage)
  • GMP knowledge would be an advantage)
