PAARL, has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and results-driven
Asset and Administrator/Inspector who can join their team.

This individual will have to be a problem-solver who is client-focused and has a strong but accommodative personality.

This position will report to the
CEO of the Group.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  • Minimum 12years' experience in a similar role will be beneficial
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Afrikaans)
  • Must be able to make decisions under pressure and to function well under supervision
  • Accurate, detailorientated, and thorough
  • Professional individual with excellent administrative skills
  • Own transport
  • Own laptop
  • Must be flexible to work afterhours when necessary

Duties:

Ingoing, Outgoing and Interim Inspections:
Making appointments with tenants anddiarized accordingly. Sending relevant correspondence to the client in advance. Double checking the input and completeness of the inspectionson Red Rabbit.

Inspections:
Double checking the completeness of all the inspection after they are done. Making sure it was signed properly as well as reporting back to tenants and landlords.

Sending the final outcome of the deductions on the deposit to the parties in time according to the RHA regulations.


Reparations:

Working with Landlords and tenants' maintenance reported and logging and resolving these issues in a timely manner and with precision.


Landlords:
Keeping communication open with the owners by giving feedback on work scheduled, work finished and any other suggestions.

Tenants:

Keeping communication open with the owners by giving feedback on work scheduled, work finished, and any other suggestions put forward.


Finances:
Advising / signing off reconciliations of deposits of properties where the outgoing was conducted. Staying within the timelines of the RHA.

Housekeeping:

Tables must be tidy and always orderly and everyone in the office is responsible for the upkeep of the office tidiness.


Reception:
To assist at the Head Office reception one's a month on a Saturday as well as when needed.
